In accordance with the statuatory guidance from the Department for Education (link to guidance), our careers provision at Ormiston Endeavour Academy is driven by the 8 Gatsby benchmarks.

We deliver a comprehensive programme of careers education across all year groups within the academy. The programme provides oppotuntites to both consider a range of career pathways and develop the skills in order to be successful. Full details of the careers programme can be found here.
